Hello,  I’m Caitlin, a mother to my beautiful daughter & a Newcastle-based massage therapist specialising in pregnancy, relaxation & postnatal massage.  My qualifications include a ‘Certificate IV in Massage Therapy’, a ‘Certificate of Pregnancy Massage’ and also a 'Certificate of Postnatal Massage'. I have completed both the Pregnancy & Postnatal massage certification through 'Pregnancy Massage Australia®' & am currently studying the 'Diploma of Massage Therapy' which I will complete in 2025.

I have always found that I am a naturally caring person who is intentional with how I work and connect with others. I have spent the first 20 months of my daughter's life completely immersed in my new role as a mother and during that time had my passion re-ignited to share my skills and natural nurturing qualities with local women, especially soon-to-be mums & new mums.

During my own experience of pregnancy (during the peak of covid) finding ways to relieve myself of both the physical and emotional changes my body was experiencing became a huge priority for me. As someone who wanted to take a more natural & holistic approach through pregnancy the idea of massage seemed perfect. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as easy as I thought to get someone to come to my home to provide treatments as many other massage therapists were booked out months in advance. That is primarily what lit a fire inside me to create ‘Whole Mumma’.

My intention for 'Whole Mumma' is to connect with women in the community to provide a holistic way for them to feel nurtured & supported during any stage of their lives through massage therapy.

I have a natural love of learning and connecting with people, I am an outdoorsy kind of gal who gets the greatest joy out of life from watching my daughter experience the world in her own way. Sharing a sense of peace, calm and wellness through massage therapy with women in my local community is such an amazing opportunity I cannot wait to share with you.
